Our Current Favorite Trend? Mental Health. Say hello to our #MentalHealthSnack Series.

Can we talk about a positive movement happening since COVID started? Mental health has taken the forefront of so many conversations and we just have to celebrate this. Talking emotions in daily conversations is now a norm. We believe bringing mental health to the business table is vital for change in the workplace & we are happy to perpetuate this trend.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for today’s launch of our #MentalHealthSnack series as we celebrate a healthy “new normal”. Great news, we have already planned our second in the series, so mark your calendars for Wednesday, August 26 @ Noon for round two!

We want to give a special thank you to our expert speakers who have defined their careers around mental + emotional health —
