Self Identity, Esteem & Worth: A Wellness Workshop
March 22 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Chad Harrigan, of L.I.V.E. Now, is a life, is a relationship and emotional wellness coach who helps people find the opportunities hidden in their challenges and works with his clients to find the strength & courage to take on the world. This March, he launches his 4 part quarterly series that encourages those attending to rethink their emotional, relationship and mental health.
Up first, March 22nd, 2019 from 10am-11:30am, Chad explores the relationship between our self-identity, self-esteem and self worth:
Do you ever struggle/suffer/feel anxiety, stress, and/or doubt? As if you don’t measure up? Like you’re not quite enough?
You know that something is missing. You can’t quite put it into words. Everyone else seems to know it and have it, but for you, it’s always out of reach. Or you’ve missed the mark so many times, that you believe this is just who you are. This is what you deserve. You’re at the limit and nothing else is possible. Is this really all there is?
You’ve heard the motivational speeches. You’ve seen all the videos, and it’s like…
“That’s a beautiful story. Hooray for you, but what about me?”
“I hear what you’re saying, but how? How do I find mine/me? Where do I start?”
But what if I told that I can show you how? How to build a Life Kit of practical tools & practices to help you on this journey to discover, align, and believe your in Self-Worth.
Join me as we:
- Learn about the science behind self-worth and self-esteem.
- Discover frameworks and thought processes to help you build your self-worth everyday.
- Figure out whether your Worth Quotient is high functioning or low functioning. (What does that even mean?)
- Rewrite the narrative that you’ve been telling yourself for years
- Leave with actionable steps that you can implement now!
Let’s cut through the BS and get to the heart of what really matters for you.
