You’ve probably noticed the endless articles and social media ads pouring out about the importance of meditation, or apps that will help you find time for quiet moments. But no amount of reading or being told the need for something can help start a healthy habit compared to physical practice itself.
This month we’re focusing on kindness – how can you be kinder to yourself to relieve stress & pressure necessary to make room for healthier habits? Like how we communicate with others, to our daily productivity, to how our habits effect the world around us.
Nikisha is a trained educator who is dedicated to helping leaders lead better. She knows that true change starts by making sure those who are teaching others are healthy and happy.
